Join Cathy and Joe to learn how walking with Jesus isn’t about trying harder—it’s about being transformed from the inside out. Come and rest in the gentle work of the Holy Spirit, who transforms us through grace, not performance. We’ll explore how true spiritual fruit is produced not by effort, but by abiding in Jesus and allowing His Spirit to renew us daily. Let this be a day of surrender, refreshment, and renewed purpose as you rediscover the joy of walking in step with grace.

Tiered Pricing: we offer tiered pricing as a means of subsidising those who may not afford the standard price of certain events. The upper (donation) price tier is used by those who wish to support those needing to make use of the lower (subsidised) price tier. The middle price tier is our standard price.

Retreat areas will be available both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting). Numbers are limited to 15 to ensure a peaceful atmosphere, allowing personal space for reflection.

11:35am – 12:30pm: Session 2: Formed by Grace

1:30pm – 2:30pm: Session 3: Fruit that Flows from Grace

2:30pm – 2:35pm: Short Break.

2:35pm – 3:30pm: Session 4: Living from Grace, Every Day (Summary and Feedback)

3:30pm – 4:00pm: End – Coffee/Cake.

About Your Quiet Day Leaders:

Cathy and Joe Silmon are the founders and wardens of The Wellspring. Passionate about creating spaces for people to seek and encounter God in, they established The Wellspring in early 2023 as a centre for supporting and resourcing the Body of Christ through a range of Christian events, venue hire, and a residential retreat cottage. With years of ministry experience between them, they aim to help others discover God’s presence in the stillness, while providing a warm welcome and hospitality. They have been married for 29 years and have two grown-up children.
